- Will I receive a booking confirmation?
- Yes. After requesting online you receive a confirmation email with the date and time. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder.
- Can I change or cancel my booking?
- You can reschedule or cancel using the link in the confirmation email. For last-minute changes, contact the clinic by phone.
- Are there separate calendars for each area?
- Yes. Each professional has their own calendar. When you choose a service, if more than one professional is available you can pick who you want to book with.

We answer Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–12:30 PM and 2:00 PM–7:30 PM.
