2. Data Collected

We process only the data you provide voluntarily:

  • Contact form: name, email, optional mobile number and message content.
  • Online booking (Cal.com): name, email, phone, chosen date/time and any notes.
  • Essential technical preference: a language cookie.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

Data is used to respond to your contact requests and to manage appointment requests. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the steps taken at your request prior to providing a service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). No medical diagnosis or clinical data is collected through this website.

4. Recipients

  • Web3Forms processes contact-form submissions to deliver them to the clinic by email, acting as a data processor.
  • Cal.com, Inc. (USA) acts as a sub-processor for appointment data when you book online (name, email, phone, appointment time and optional notes). You may instead book by phone, email or in person.

5. Retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary to respond to your request and to comply with applicable legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability, under Articles 15–22 GDPR. To exercise these rights, contact clinicadracristinarodrigues@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

7. International Transfers

Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area (e.g. Cal.com, Inc. in the USA), transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR, including the Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only an essential language preference cookie may be stored. The booking page loads Cal.com, which may set its own cookies when used.
